Maya Communications Inc. Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times.

We ship all orders from our Toronto location – located at 2525 Finch Ave W, Toronto, ON M9M 2G1.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free In-store pickup at our Toronto location (2525 Finch Ave W, Toronto, ON M9M 2G1). After placing your order and selecting In-store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 – 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 11:00 am – 7:00 pm from Mondays to Saturdays, and 11:00 am – 4:00 pm on Sundays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

Please note that In-store pickup is not available on holidays as our Toronto location is closed on holidays.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the shipping status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will be happy to help you.
